Supacell is among one of my favorite series right now, i can’t wait for the season 2 to come on air. Supacell is just a story about normal regular people who later discovered that they had super human abilities and power. You know what they say, with great power comes great responsibility, It wasn’t easy for them when they found out that they had this ability. A number of them freaked out, to be frank, i will do the same if i found out i had one of those ability.

I’m not gonna, Superpowers in Supacell was what made the series even more interesting, just imagine Supacell without the superpower role, it would not be as good as it is now. In the series, each of them had one special special ability. one could run really fast, another was super strong, he could lift heavy things , another could fly.
Michael who is the main character in Supacell, was the first person to discover his powers among others. With his new found abilities, he was able to protect his loved ones and those close to him. But just as you would know, But powers don’t just come handy and it is not easy as it seem because all who got the powers had to learn to control it, not only that, they also had to deal with the responsibility that comes with it
In the series , we can see that Superpowers also brought room for conflict. All who had super ability had to struggle with making a good or bad choice, they now have this power, what are they going to do with it? Are they going to help other people or use it for a selfish interest?
Why Did Michael Travel to the Future in Supacell?
What happened at the ending part of Supacell was really crazy and sad. Dionne who was Michael fiancé got shot by Krazy, and that led to her death. We know that Michael was filled with rage after the incident happened, and he traveled to the future. Below are the reason why Michael traveled to the future.
1. Because He Was Grieving and Desperate
The Death of Dionne had left him devastated and in pain. He had the power to rewind time and reality, but he could not do that when Dionne got shot.
He thinks there is still a chance and he wants to travel to the future to see if he can save her. I doubt if he would be able to do that though.
2. He wants to Seek Revenges
At the ending of season 1, You could tell he was mad angry from the look of his face. We all know Michael to be the cool person among the rest, he never wanted violent, but that cool person changed the moment Dionne died.
All he want is to go to the future, know the agency that are after their life and killed Dionne and avenge her.
3. To Make Sure Such Thing Don’t Happen Again in the Future
The truth is that is his team are never free if they don’t know who they are dealing with. He wants to go to the future so he can better know who they are dealing with and also know they’re next move.

The Challenges of Time Travel in Supacell
Time travel is not actually easy as it seem, there’s a lot involved and a single mistake could alter time, which is not very good if you ask me. And Don’t forget that Michael is new to this whole time travel thing, he hasn’t mastered his ability yet, so that might be a problem. One of the challenge is that any small mistake Michael does, might can alter reality. And we know that Michael isn’t stable right now, he could go to the future, get all emotional and mess things up.
And don’t forget that Michael doesn’t know everything, he doesn’t entirely know what await him when he gets to the future, he could go there and get killed . And time travel also has a way of messing with your body and mind, this could also be a challenge.
There is also a possibility that he will not come back to the present . His power might just fail him like it did when he was trying to rewind time and save Dionne .
